Group Membership Purchase Terms
You are hereby informed and agree that you have reviewed the following rules, which take effect after making a deposit to register for the group:
- —I confirm that I am 16 years of age or older.
- —The deposit is non-refundable for any reason.
- —After attending the first class, if you decide to purchase a monthly membership, you must pay the remaining balance by the 10th of the month (inclusive). Payment can be made in cash on-site or via bank transfer.
- —Monthly group payment must be made by the 10th of each month.
- —Class attendance with a full monthly payment is flexible. However, if you miss classes, no refunds will be issued, and payments cannot be transferred to the following month.
- —Please consider your time, energy, and finances carefully — if you know in advance that you won't be able to attend certain sessions during the month, it may be more cost-effective to pay per class.
- —— If you decide not to purchase the full membership (€60 for beginners group, €70 for intermediate group) and attend classes individually, each class will cost €15 for beginners group and €18 for intermediate group. Payment is made in cash on-site or via bank transfer immediately after the class.

Gift Certificate Purchase Terms
You are hereby informed and agree that you have reviewed the payment and usage terms for gift certificates outlined below:
- —The certificate becomes valid from the moment of purchase, i.e., from the moment of payment.
- —The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash after purchase.
- —The certificate amount is used once. If any money remains after applying the certificate to a class, unfortunately, it will be forfeited.
- —If unused within 6 months from the date of purchase, the certificate will expire.
- —The certificate is sent in electronic format.

Rules and conditions of studio
At this time, you are aware and agree that you have read the rules that apply to the payment of hourly studio rentals, as listed below:
- —After booking the studio on the website and making the payment (€15/hour), the payment is non-refundable.
- —If you choose to cancel the rental, the paid amount is forfeited. We can offer you a time reschedule.
- —In case of force majeure and if you wish to reschedule your rental, please contact us on Instagram @juls_space to arrange the change.
- —Rescheduling is allowed up to two times only; after that, the rental payment is forfeited and the booking becomes invalid.
- —Items left in the studio can be returned by contacting Instagram @juls_space. After 1 month, if you have not requested a search and return, the items will be disposed of.
- —If, upon arrival at the studio, you notice any damage related to the premises itself, furniture, or equipment, please immediately contact Instagram @juls_space. Otherwise, you will be fined after an expert has assessed the damage to the studio property.
- —When you come to the studio, feel like you are at home, and also treat it with care. Respect those who come here after you!
- —For your comfort, there is a snack box in the studio where you will find coffee, tea, sweets, and more. Please use the treats in reasonable amounts and do not take them home - let's stay respectful. Also, when using the capsule coffee machine, please remember to remove the used capsule and throw it in the trash.
- —Keep clean. There are 2 garbage cans in the studio - for small mixed garbage and bottles. If you are hosting an event that leaves a large amount of waste, please take it with you.
- —Do not walk around the hall in street shoes. Please take it off upon entering, in. If you want, you can put on slippers, that are available in our studio, and walk in them :)
- —After using equipment (lights, speakers, backlights, spotlights, etc.), please turn everything off!
- —Please put everything you use in the studio in its place!
- —When leaving the studio, do not forget to close the door behind you and return the key to the box, putting the password numbers in random order. If the key is lost or broken, the fine will be 25 €

Rules for Renting Juls Space Studio for Events and Shoots:
When booking the studio for 3 hours or more for events, large-scale shoots, or rentals with a large number of participants, you agree that if excessive mess is left behind requiring professional cleaning, or in case of damage, breakage, or property loss, we reserve the right to charge a penalty fee. The amount will depend on the scale and extent of the damage.
We truly value our space and do our best to keep it cozy and comfortable for every guest. Thank you for your understanding and respectful attitude toward the studio.
